💡 1. Overview
We aim to make refunds quick and fair. If you’ve returned your order or received a damaged or incorrect item, you’ll receive a refund promptly to your original payment method.
✅ 2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available when:
- Items are returned within 14 days
- Products are in original condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
If your order was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return costs too.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods. Banks or payment providers may take up to 10 working days to reflect the transaction.

📦 7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please email us within 7 days of receiving any faulty or incorrect item. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
